We design and build the production and inspection fixtures you need at each stage of manufacturing, based on your part and product CAD data.
Fixture design starts with the part itself. Using your CAD data, we work out how the part is located, clamped and checked, and design the fixture around that.
Because design and manufacturing happen in the same team, fixtures are built on the same machine park and to the same quality standard as our automation projects.
