Data we process

When you use the contact form, we process your name, company, email address, phone number and message. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are collected with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to answer your request, prepare quotes and communicate with you. The legal basis is steps taken before entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2(c), GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2(f), GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. Form messages are delivered through our email provider. The website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure, which has servers outside Türkiye.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, subject to statutory retention periods.
